F.A.Q'S

Do we still fish in the rain?

Yes, we still fish in the rain and fish do bite in the rain! So be prepared and bring rain gear if rain is forecasted. If you are out of town and don't have any. Let us know before the trip to make arrangements.

How many hours will the charter last?

We typically run 4-5 hour fishing charters dock to dock, but add another 30 minutes for cleaning fish at the end of your trip. A full 8 hour day of fishing is available upon request.

What time do we meet?

Typically, most fishing trips start at 6 a.m., noon, and 5 p.m. We can make other arrangements for a time that works best for your availability.

Is a deposit required to reserve a fishing trip?

Yes, a $150 deposit is required to reserve a fishing trip. A credit card by using Paypal, Venmo, and using your Paypal account are all payments that will be accepted. Having a Paypal account is not required to place a deposit using your credit card.

What methods of payment are available for the remainder of the fishing charter?

The remainder of the payment will be due at the end of the fishing trip. We prefer cash, but credit card transactions will be accepted with a card reader available on the boat with a 3% processing fee. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all accepted. We also have gift cards that may have been purchased and are redeemable for the balance of the fishing trip.

What is your cancellation/inclement weather policy?

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel 14 or more days before your scheduled fishing trip, your deposit can be refundable. If you need to cancel within 14 days of your scheduled fishing trip, the deposit will not be refundable. The deposit, however, can be used towards another fishing trip within the same year, but not the following year.

We hope that you understand the necessity for this policy to ensure that we can continue to run our charter trips on a sound financial basis. We realize that emergencies do happen, and please know we will make every effort to re-book your spot, but if we don’t, we must uphold this policy, even in the case of an emergency. Thank you!

Inclement weather: If weather is an issue on the reserved date we will move the fishing trip to another date that works best for you. Weather/Water cancellations are strictly at the Captain’s discretion.
